We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales and possess excellent customer service skills.

Job Duties:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about products and services to customers
• Mix custom automotive paints
• Process sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and merchandising

Experience:

• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with automotive paint, auto body repair, or related fields a plus but not required
• Bilingual Spanish and English a major plus
